We had some people over two weekends ago and Keats made bacon-wrapped scallops, ribs, and scalloped hasselback potatoes (recipe found here).
All of the food was delicious and when I took leftovers to work, everyone was very jealous!
We also went to the Jimmy Buffett concert in Denver and sat waaaaay up in the boonies.
Thank goodness I had my awesome camera! It was like sitting front row!
I am very hungry right now but even if I wasn't - WOW does that meal sound amazing! I can't wait to visit and get the royal treatment!! I saw those very potatoes on the Pioneer Woman's site the other day...I plan to make them too! (sorry for all the exclamation points...a little much)
